Had an excellent experience at Arnold Clark Peugeot. All the staff were friendly and welcoming . Massive range of cars to choose from with some great deals. The sales executive that helped me was Seamus Brennan he was superb! I went in not understanding all the different options I had when purchasing a car Seamus was very patient and helped me find the right deal tailored to me. He got me a great deal with the car I wanted and also got me a great price for my old car. My overall experience with Arnold Clark has been a very positive one and would defiantly recommend to anyone looking to buy a car at a great price.

Shocking service (or lack of). Took my car in for a service on the Friday and told it would be looked at the following Wednesday. I use my car for work so it was important that it was fixed ASAP. By the following Friday (1 week later) I was told they hadn't even looked at my car and couldn't advise when they would be able to diagnose the problem. I then visited the showroom to talk to the Service Manager who again, was unable to provide a date of when my car would be looked at. They confessed that some cars had been there 2 to 3 weeks which I was not told when I initially booked the service. I had to pay £80 to have my car towed to another garage which Arnold Clark eventually agreed to pay as a good will gesture (after 3 or 4 weeks of back and forth). Moral of the story - find a good local garage and avoid the main dealer. They are only interested in new cars on finance etc.

Hi. So I've booked online regarding a diesel recall 189 and have had a confirmation but i wasn't on the system and i was told although i was booked for 10 am that i will have to wait until 4pm. They've told me that opening hours changed but on the front desk still 8am till 12pm. Ok finally we agreed they will do the job and check my battery. I've waited 2.5 hrs. Next day i wanted to drive for shopping and my battery died... They've told me my battery is in a perfect condition and was recharged (what for then?) . Now I've ordered new battery online which i will fit myself, the problem is i have now an error on my dash ( esp error). Totally useless and incompetent people working up there i will for sure phone the head office to leave a review. Great service! Thank You!
