It's a fabulous old world building with the latest fashions. They have everything you could need for the home also. It's a bit expensive but the items are the best quality. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They also have a couple of tea rooms where you can relax after a hard days shopping.

Jenners has always been known as a high quality shop and among its departments are very good China,Toy,Carpet,Cosmetic and Gift ones.It also has a good restaurant and coffee bar.

Not a good place to go with a child in a wheel chair. Lifts were abysmal and we needed 2 lifts to get to and back and lofts full with able to walk the stars people. I had to stop people from using the lift so we could get her up and then to the next elevator and the same problem again. Lovely place but this was a bad experience for is all

Smart hotel in ideal location. Lovely staff and well styled rooms with good heating (really important in Edinburgh this time of year). I would really recommend this hotel. Full of happy customers!

Jenners is a historic shop and caters for the higher end of the market. My gran used to love a trip here and give me a pound to spend in the toy department. Even in the 80s that never got you anything in Jenners other than one of those polysterine glider planes you built and threw into the wind. I've just checked amazon and they now sell a pack of 12 for £1.70. Ah, memories.
