Slow and inefficient. Regional manager here is very rude. Avoid applying for Schengen Visa if you have other choices.

During the first interview they found an issue with one of the documents. Asked us to correct it and come back. But the lady checked all other documents and said everything looks good so on next appointment the application will be processed. Went there 2 weeks before the flight and was sent back again saying there is an issue again. Why not post the required docs correctly or check everything correctly the first time. They want us to pay for premium appointment. Worst experience

If your papers are correct, the place provides very efficient services. Unfortunately if papers are not in order then they will reject. The only other option is for them to accept the application, send it to the relevant mission and it gets rejected there, which is worse as you've lost time.

Absolutely I had to come back a second time as I realised that I was missing a document. My OCI application had been rejected for minor issues but I was told that the OCI department in the Indian embassy is very picky.
