If you do insist on getting your clothes cleaned there anyway, make sure that your casual dresses are not marked up as ballgowns. They claim that you have to check before the order is processed, but when you ask to review it, you’ll be met with eye rolls and sighs.

They ruined a silk coat. A very expensive coat less than 6 months old came back from them in a dreadful condition. They had clearly used chemicals which were far too strong for a delicate garment. Seams were stretched and the belt damaged. The internal stiffening which gave weight to the coat was destroyed leaving it limp and crushed. On top of that the attempt at "ironing" had pressed the hem squint and the pleats in the wrong place. Terrible service.
