Terrible customer service. Came in, everybody is doing his best not to acknowledge you. Only girl showing interest was already taking care of someone, another one showed up, litterally scratched his balls -10 times at least - while chatting to his colleague to finally leave without even checking if anybody needs a hand. No one ever tried to help although i was looking at shoes to buy on first floor. Left the shop after 15minutes without having anyone offering for some help, finally got dirty look by the guy at the door, no thanks, no goodbye. If this shop is reaching sales targets, it is only due to the busy location. I'll either try somewhere else or online to get what i want. First and last time i'm considering foot locker on princes street. Strong sales management needed.

Awful service. Waited for 20 minutes to try and return an online purchase under their satisfaction guarantee. The surly server would not honor the guarantee. 'No our fault pal' that Nikes quality is questionable. Shop elsewhere.

Poor experience. Horrid service. No apologies. Item wrongly priced. Insinuated we could have moved sale tag. Unhelpful. Would not recommend and would not shop here again. Manager and sales staff need more customer service training.

Love their collection but the staff could use better management. Ordered a pair 3 weeks ago, never received a call and went to the store twice and they couldn't find my shoes. Turns out it was lying somewhere in the corridor the whole time.
